My name is Raquel. I am a Certified Nutritional Coach with over 5 years of experience and a nurse with more than 20 years in the field. I am also a wife and mother to two kids, so I understand the demands of a busy life. I’ve made it my mission to guide women toward lasting health. My approach goes beyond quick fixes, it’s about building sustainable, lifelong habits. Having struggled with weight loss myself, I gained valuable knowledge that empowered me to lead a healthy life and reach a personal goal of entering a bikini contest. I now incorporate proper eating habits into an active lifestyle (CrossFit, Cycling, Weightlifting, hiking) that has yielded my best self. My journey has given me a unique perspective and a profound dedication to guiding others toward healthier lives.
